Title: Scientists chasing killer tornadoes across Midwest

This is the kind of thing that could make me reconsider where I spend my volunteer time - or better still, embed some CAP ground teams with the storm chasers to do on the spot DR work after the excitement.

I get the joke, but I think it would go without saying that advanced coordination would necessary and easy to either setup a blanket mission number, or have them issued as soon as the dust settles.

You get to be the safety officer, lol.  It would not be long before the wing king started looking like a two term president at the end of his second term.
