I'm in the market for a file plan for files on the Group level.
I use this one for record, but all my files are maintained paperless. You saw the outcome of that when you conducted my SUI... If that helps.
The only thing I haven't come up with is a disposition plan.
I saw and I liked. What I want to do in the short term is get the paper in order, then look at paperless.
The disposition plan isn't really a plan by itself. The table and rule go on the same label (it could be a different lable) as the file folder identifier.
I did the files for a few of the maintenance shops I was in while in the USAF. The system went automated and it was nice! You selected what you needed, printend the plan then selected labels and printed them.
