So recently in my web surfing I found a great guide on how to enter in tasks into eServices. It had pictures and everything. Luckily, I failed to bookmark it, so now I am putting it out to the world. Does anyone have a good guide as to how to do this with pictures and arrows and such so?

By the way, whoever put up MIMS for dummies... that is funny! :D
