GLR's most recent conference was held last April (08) in Carol Stream, IL.

The website  is still up:  http://ilwg.cap.gov/conf/

At the last minute Ms. Duckworth was unable to attend, but Maj. Gen Courter was able to attend as well as Col. Hodgkins and others from NHQ.

The movie "Grace is Gone" was filmed in parts of the hotel where it was held.

I don't believe there will be one in 2009 - I believe that Region conferences, like Wing conferences, are only held
every other year.

Yes, a lot of states have them annually, but I believe the requirement is biannually.

I'll be there too, but I'll probably see you both first later this morning (I really should go to bed) at Cadet Competition.
