Where can I find study materials for CAPT 117? What is it based on?

Also, I am aware that there are 3 parts. If I am going for mission scanner, I can just take part 2 directly?

 If you go into e services and click on online tests on the left hand side it will be there. If I remember correctly the study material should be there somewhere also. I don't know if you need to take part one to take part two.

the study material is CAPR 60-x series regulations.

You don't have to take them in order...how ever they are really easy I suggest you just take all three at the same time.
