Does anybody have the link, or copy of the Special Form for ordering sLS materials? I was told that it is on e-services, but have never seen it, or heard of it until tonight.

What materials are there besides the stuff you download and print off the NHQ web site?

CAPF 46 can be found on e-services under forms and publications. That is the form that you use to order the certificates for sls/cls/and tlc
