Was she anyone special besides a model for CAP/Camel cigarette ads?
I was joking with the SD at a holiday party about "smoking in the airplanes" and mentioned these ads - of course in these planes pictured there really isn't any "in" to the aircraft.
Other than some ad archives and eBay listings, I don't see much info on her.

I think she died of lung cancer back in '69.

I rembmer breaking into the IF-Rations and K-Rations to get those quite 4 cigarette packs of smokes.

When I first joined the military, I remember being allowed to smoke at your desk...

That it is... Some things for the better( I quit smoking three years ago) and other things not so good...
