Anyone know why its down!!!???  Ive got Flight Releases to do and I cant get  a hold of anyone!!!

Ive had 3 different people try it and its down for all of us

The top menus seem to work ok but the subordinate menus are so slow as to be unusable.

I did just download IMU version 2.1.3.8 without a problem.  Speed of download was normal.

IMU worked fine.....WMU for a Flight Release.... no go.
