uncannily related to CAP... there's the issue of folks like you & I with a lot of responsibilities, and also the true numbers - ie active & ES qual members versus what the books say, and our inability to really even track the difference. A lot there worth talking about.

Yeah, thats true. When a real incident occurs in my area, am I truly someone CAP can count on?  Realistically....probably not.   My first allegiance will go to the Sheriff, not a call from CAP.  And there are a number of CAP members nationwide who, when the call comes, wont be putting on a CAP uniform.

Thats an eye opener.
