It is important to pass on and set the example to our cadets that regardless of our views or who we voted for, President Elect Obama is now the future Commander in Chief. Regardless of our positions on the issues, lets remember that if we want to vent, save it for the Senior Member "after - meeting at Denny's"
It was interesting to see Jesse Jackson go from standing next to King when he was assassinated to watching the first African American President elected.
Good call.
Personally, I have high hopes for this Administration and am hoping that Obama can be a uniter. He is 100% right in saying that we need to cast aside our differences (no matter what they are) and work together to get this country's problems solved. Everyone (including those of us in CAP) should be behind our President no matter whom it is -- as Flying Pig said.

...And keep the politics off CAP Talk.
