Title: Recruiting Presentation
Post by: Rangercap on October 16, 2008, 01:00:17 AM
Anyone have a GOOD recruiting presentation or a link to one?

I am working on one, but was hoping to see what others have/use.

I am not looking for the one with all the boring graphs/charts and BLAH BLAH BLAH that will turn away any potential recruits.

Thanks

Anything that would attrack people to the program. Some of the presentations I have seen are heavy on stats, and graphs and charts, but lacking on quality photos of cadets in exciting situations.

I am in the process of working on one, but was interested if anyone has produced something that is efficient in getting the message across without putting people asleep.

PM sent, too.

What I always advise people is to put together presentations regarding things you are doing locally that have photos of your own people engaged in real activities the members you are recruiting can actually participate in.

That way when people ask the "second question", you can speak with authority on what you are actually doing versus some blue-sky ideas that the marketing sheets present.

One in PPT from last year, another is PPTX (Office 2007 format) from this year.
