Sometime recently I'm fairly sure there was a question at one of the BoGs, NECs, or NBs that someone asked about whether or not CAP called agencies conducting emergency response activities and actively offered our services in those situations. Anyone remember when that was? Did it show up in the minutes? Thanks.
