Title: GES
Post by: SSgt Rudin on September 14, 2008, 12:38:26 AM
One of my senior members just took part one of the GES, on the testing web site (https://tests.cap.af.mil/newtests/test.cfm?grp=dos) it says part two is no longer available to do ICS100 to fulfill this requirement. On the 101 card GES and ICS100 show up as two separate items. Deductive reasoning would tell me the the only requirement for GES is now Part 1 of the test. However GES is not showing up for me to approve. I have been waiting 8 months for my ES officer restricted apps therefor I can not input ICS100, which the SM completed last week, to see if GES then shows up to be approved so I am sending the certificates to my Group ES officer.

I am just wondering what is going on...

Entry of ICS 100 (IS100) is done via the My Operations Qualifications by the member. There is a SQTR for entry of ICS training.

Jordan...

The member does the ICS 100 and then enters it into the SQTR as if it were a separate task.  Send me the PDF of the certificate, and I'll validate it. Email me.
