So, today I tried to get a form TXWGF 17a for my father, a Lt. from this site,(http://www.txwgcap.org/wing_publications/FormsTXWG/TXWGF017a.dot) and all I got was a bunch of scrambled codes and script. Is this just me, or is this not working for other people as well? Or, is the form a non-existing one that I am not aware of...? Thanks.
