I'm looking for a little help. I've just picked up another position in our unit as the Assistant ES Officer (Ground).
I am looking through the OPS quals report function in E-Services. I can't seem to find a report that will list the current ES qualifications of all the members of my unit with expirations dates. Does a report like this exist?
I can pull up each individual member by CAPID/NAME, but it only gives me the one person - it also tells me when they completed the task instead of the more important question of when it expires. (I know just add 3 years...but...)
There appears to be what I am looking for regarding pilot qualifications but I want it all. I am trying to figure out where we stand without having to go through all 76 individual records.
Any advice/help?
I think you have to go through each file to find out. Now my unit has a book with all the SQTRS being worked on or completed by it's members and when it is the officer in charge sends in the paperwork saying we have finished it and are qualified, we still use the online program though not as much.
Now that's just my unit and I'm working on my GTM 3 so i'm just getting started.
Now we just need someone who knows for a fact if the ES Officer or Assistant can pull up the full list or individually.
You need to have the "Member Reports" application added to your login under Restricted Applications on the right side. Your WSA can give you the access.
^ Not quite
You need to go to Ops Quals, at the top click on reports, and then scroll to All quall/achv with data.
It will show you everyone that is qualified by specialty.
This is all you get on member reports
Congrats on the new position.
Be sure you have the permissions in e-services to do everything you need.
My "issue" has been resolved and I thank you all for the advice. IceNine - you were spot on.
I did recieve some specific details as to which permissions to get from one "camas" which was extremely helpful, so for that I thank him publicly.
To get what I was looking for I needed to get access to the "Operations Qualifications" restricted module. Which allowed me to specify my format (I like the exel version so I'll be able to compare from previous months and see where we are losing people.
So the modules/permissions that I got granted from the WSA were:
OpsQuals - ES 101 Card (Lets me see and print others 101 cards)
OpsQuals - ES SQTR Entry (Lets me enter SQTR data for other people in our unit)
OpsQuals - ES STQR Worksheet (Lets me view the SQTRs for other members in our unit)
OpsQuals - ES-Reports (Lets me get the OpsQuals information I needed in the first place).
Thank you all for your assistance.
I love CAPTalk :D
Alright all you ES awesome people out there.
Now that I have my original issues resolved, I have yet another question.
Is there a permission that will allow me to upload other member's photo's for verification? I have about 5 cadets who don't have internet access and need their photos uploaded for their 101 cards.
All I can do right now is upload my own.
Yes. But keep in mind that it is the same picture that gets placed on the membership card.
I do ES for my unit, but was bumped for the pic upload/approval. Talk to your unit commander.

There is a restricted application entitled "CAP Photo Admin" and two permissions within this application. One is "Comm Photo Upload" and the other is "Validate CAP Photo" You'll need both though your unit commander already has those due to duty assignment. Check with your WSA.
Thank you :) I don't want to be the validator, just able to upload them. The Sq. CC doesn't want to do all this minutia, which I can completely understand.
Appreciate all the help so far!
Just have the member upload their own pic.
Just as easy to have all the cadets stand in a line, snap the picture and upload them all at once. I just did a bunch, it took me 5 minutes.
^^ That's my method. Cuts way down on the rejections and retakes...
