Can anyone direct me to an electronic version of the old CAPF 103? My squadron still uses these for attendance but our master copy is pretty ratty looking. I'd love something more recent than truly ancient 1976 edition but even that would be an improvement over what we have now. Thanks!
What is that even for?
Is it one of the ICS replaced form?

It was a mission sign-in sheet. It's official use in that capacity has long been discontinued, but my squadron still uses it to keep meeting attendance records.
I found an old paper copy that I have but it too looks like its been copied about a billion times.
I'd say your best bet is to redesign the form yourself. Maybe you can make adjustments to fit the needs of your unit a little better.
That or pull a new FEMA sign-in sheet, which should be in use at missions, so people at least recognize it.
Send me an pm and I will send you the capf103 as a word document.
Or you could use this one from KYWG: http://www.kywgcap.org/Portals/0/Forms/downloads/National%20Forms/capf103.xls

Texas Wing also has one...

MAWG has the MWF 2-2. Same difference.

That's the best one I've seen.
I have a pristine factory new one (circa 1980) that I use to make copies. I keep meaning to scan it and turn it into a PDF, but I think I'll just use KYWG's instead.

Got a download link? Thanks!
Attached below.
Edit: That KYWG .xls one is pretty sexy.
Thanks! That's EXACTLY what we use now except that ours is labeled NCWG Form 103.
BTW, you're right, the KYWG one is pretty tight, as is the TXWG one (do a print preview of that one to see what I'm talking about).
Another one: Maryland Wing Form 103 (http://mdcap.org/UserFiles/File/wingPublications/forms/mdf103.doc)
