Title: Ridicule in Alabama
Post by: RiverAux on May 25, 2008, 02:05:35 PM
While making fun of the Alabama legislature for not doing much this year, this guy http://blog.al.com/archiblog/2008/05/dont_put_legislature_on_scales.html included in his list of what he obvioulsy thinks are useless bills, one setting up a CAP legislative squadron.  Not sure why such a bill would be needed, and couldn't find the text of it myself.

Setting up a Leggie squadron is easy - just send a CAPF27 to Susie Parker. Unlike other new charters, you don't even need any members; the wing can flesh it out later. RIWG did this recently.  8)

It was just a resolution not a bill.

Either way, I'd bet my Deputy Commander pay check that he doesn't even know anything about CAP.
