Title: MML
Post by: SSgt Rudin on April 19, 2008, 09:51:25 PM
I'll admit that today is a slow day for me, but why can't find where to print a MML? OR why don't I have access to print a MML? I would understand if i couldn't get all the information on a MML by doing a member search for my unit, but I can. I really don't feel like using member search to get every cadet's phone number for the C/CC.

I use the CAPWATCH Download and then get a squadron roster report.

There is a restricted applicaiton called "Member Reports" that provides most of the common reports needed in a unit.  It produces a nice MML.

You need to have your Squdron Commander approve access to the applicaiton and your Web Security Administrator assign you permissions to it.  It is listed under personnel functions.

Fastest way to get MML?

www.squadroncommand.com  Get SIMS

www.cap.gov - Members Section get CAPWATCH

Load into SIMS under one of the tabs you will find the MML.

Takes about 15 minutes total.

actually fastest way to the MML is download CAPWATCH, open caprpt.mdb then input the path to the capwatch.mdb file, fill out the form and click on the MML button (5 min max plus download time).  Of course, as mentioned previously, Member Reports is a valuable restricted application to have
