Anyone have a quick reference regarding dirt bikes/ATV use on ground teams?

CAPR 77-1, Vehicle Operations, para. 1(d)(6) prohibits CAP from owning ATVs.  There is nothing in 77-1 or 60-3 about using or not using ATVs and dirt bikes.  60-3 is being revised now so get your suggestions in.

well if CAP can't own them, how will they get them? On loan from the state SAR agency? ATVs have a huge safety factor to consider, so that is something to even look at not that I have any opposition using them just BE SMART.
