There's an oops there.  Check out the cadets.  Everyone of them are reversed.  Their ribbons are on the right and name tags on the left.  The site does look good though.

Yeah, the picture on the banner with a formation of cadets in blues, for clarification.

Thanks, I didn't realize the pictures changed everytime you brought up the site.  The site is great and he should be commended for a job well done.

Yeah, I had to cycle through the pages a few times to see if certain pictures came up only on certain pages, but they change randomly.

I think that this is a decent resource, but one change that I would make is that a lot of the articles are just links to youtube videos. While videos are nice, they often express opinion, not fact. It would be nice if they were accompanied by written fact. I'd add to those articles myself, but I'm a little busy at the moment.

Nice use of the JA Purity Template :-) I like it, a lot and am using it with some of the sites I'm currently working on.

One minor tweak. Lose the Joomla Favicon.

Go here, http://www.htmlkit.com/services/favicon/, use a good CAP graphic and make a new one.

yes, unfortunately i have not had the time to write articles for everything, so i have just been putting some videos up so that there is content at least to look at. If anyone would like to submit articles, please join the site and email the admin (me) and ask for author status. thanks.

the favicon needs to go into your public_html root (also known as the www folder) and it has to be named favico.ico I believe, I don't remember on the top of my head right now but if you go look at your file structure as your joomla install should also be in the root (unless you have it redirecting to a folder)

BTW I just went there, the favicon works just fine! AWESOME!

If they are facing you it sure does look like that, I know I get that sickening feeling tempting to want to correct someone because their stuff is on the wrong side when in fact it is not because they are facing me :P

OTOH I haven't seen which one of these photos you're talking about unless its fixed already :)

Sorry to derail, but I think Joomla is great. I've seen a couple of squadron websites use this, I just installed Joomla for my squadron as well its a very nice/intuitive CMS to use.

I'll definetely be linking to your site, heck setup an RSS feed then our squadron website can pull feeds from your site as well :)
