Has anyone in CAWG submitted requests to the Wing Banker and actually received their reimbursement?

The short answer is Yes. I have personally submitted reimbursement requests for my CD office supplies and received the money very quickly.
From talking to my former Sq, they have seen some of their monthly invoices paid: not necessarily expeditiously but paid. There have been some instances of amounts being paid that were far from what was submitted.
I certainly get the impression that the Wing Banker thing is in a certain amount of disarray. Maybe, someday............
