OK, folks, we get new folks everyday here.  Shall we institute an informal welcoming committee to welcome as many as possible so that can feel welcome here?

I do it as often as I can...any takers?

What exactly would they do? A new thread every time there is someone new? A PM sending welcome information?

I send a PM welcoming them, its a small service that might encourage friendly discourse.  Not a new thread every time.
