Title: Problem Downloading Videos from NHQ
Post by: Eeyore on October 03, 2007, 07:40:24 AM
Is anyone else having problems downloading the videos from the PAO downloads in the PAO Toolkit?

I have Windows Media Player 11 and keep getting the error that the specified protocol is not supported.

I'm sure some of you technical types might have some ideas to solve this.

Likely you are missing the proper Codec.  I have computers that will play some of my videos, and other computers that won't.  You can google and download codecs on line, I just can't tell you which ones you need for National's stuff.

I can't get them to play either, but I don't get an error message. Just a black square after clicking like it's going to play but doesn't.

You may not be able to download them because they may be under review.
I suspect that any video with Tony Pineda on it is about to become a collectors item.

That's weird how they won't work. I just finished watching the CAPabilities video.
