Title: hey technobabble guru's!
Post by: IceNine on August 14, 2007, 10:15:48 PM
Ladies and Gents,
I have been recently assigned the horrible, and overwhelming task (for me anyway) of creating a jpeg image file that will be used by the local university tech lab to create cadet and senior of the year plaques along with perpetual plaques for various other awards.

I have a very basic design planned but I need help getting to a place to start.  I don't have photoshop and wouldn't be able to learn it fast enough to get the project done in time anyway.  Is there somewhere that you all know of that I can get software to help with this task?

My deadline is 1 Sept 2007...

Thanks all

If you simply need free software, consider GIMP. (http://www.gimp.org/)
If you are looking for help in creating the image, perhaps you could describe what you'd like to have and we could help you out.
