Does anyone have a exemplary CAP resumé that they are willing to share. I'm specifically looking for a CAP resumé that is separate from a professional resumé. I'm interested in format and organization, what to put in, what to leave out. All help is greatly appreciated.
Oh you mean like this?

I have seen the example resumé for cadets in 'Learning to Lead', but I looking for an example CAP resumé for when a senior member is applying for a leadership position etc. The example in 'Learning to Lead' is of a professional resumé i.e. one to get employment.
Applying for a leadership position is applying for a job, so using a standard resume is certainly appropriate. They can be tailored to focus on CAP achievements over career experiences, unless of course your career experiences brings something to the table.
Using the search function here, there are previous discussions on this topic. One included a link to a sample CAP resume that looks very similar to what I've seen used in the past (there is no "standard" that dictates they have to be a certain way).
