What is it with you people and polls?   ;D

They also always seem to be polls about the most important topic ever... uniforms!

Seemed like a fun one.  Right now it's either uniforms or something about MG Pineda.

I'd imagine the people of Polish descent would really be upset about ... what?  Not those kind of Poles?  Oh.

Sorry.

Never mind.

Would you consider going back to giving poll permissions to staff and maybe the privileged few?

As far as the topic goes... BDUs for sure, but being as I am inactive at present my most worn uniform now would be Tropical Blue Long.  ;D

Well flight suit can only be worn at flying activities that's why I omitted it.  Those that I did list can be worn at any time.

What if the only CAP activity they participate in is flying-related ones?   >:D

My experience has been that BDUs are the most useful uniforms in CAP.  Okay, call it the "utility" uniform.  It's not a BBDU vs BDU thing, it's a utility vs dress uniform thing.

First uniform I required of cadets was BDUs.  They graduated T-Flight in BDUs.  Why?  Because you can't do ES in blues.  You can't go to a wing conference in BDUs, but you can wear appropriate civilian clothes.  BDUs can be worn while flying, shooting rockets, marching, the field, first aid class, air shows, etc.  In short, if you participate in any activity where you may have to kneel down, clean something, sweat, or do manual labor, you should wear BDUs.

You all know my stance on minimum basic service dress and BDUs/flight suits and when they should be worn.

As in, there is a time and place for uniforms of various types.
