So, a while ago I lost my AFA Award ribbon (memorial day parade) and I want to get a new one. I searched around CAPTalk and some other places and found some answers, but they seem to conflict. Some say you have to have your SQ Commander contact the person who sent it to them, and others have said you can go on the AFA website and order a replacement. Can anyone clear this up for me? And, if there is a way to get it from the website, please leave a link.

I'd suggest emailing the awards@afa to see if they can help:

You might also ask around to other squadrons - many ties the awards go unrepresented, or the AFA sends duplicates.
There are likely some in drawers relatively handy to you.

They have sine of the afa ribbons but not all of them.
