It seems that we have alot of Public Service types on this forum.
I was wondering what the break down was. Paid or Vollunteer, doesnt matter. If you have more then one, choose the most appropriate.
Feel free to add in time, extras (BTLS, SWAT HAZMAT etc) and experience here.
For my part
IL EMT-B
National Registry
Hazmat Awareness (enrolled in Ops)
set to take BTLS
applied as an Auxiliary/Reserve Police Officer
applied as Vollunteer Firefighter
- awaiting boards for both
I think people who volunteer to be put in harms way are a special breed, you will find them in every country and anytime there is an explosion, plane crash, flood. They are the ones running towards the sound of chaos. Maybe thats why we have so many public servants in CAP. Yep we are Heros , every one of us.
You need to modify your survey some of us are multple of your survey.
