I had seen that episode. Very dramatic.
Since I have no TV my entertainment comes over the Internet. That episode is one of a series called Mayday, Air Crash Investigation. There are several episodes as dramatic as that one. They show what happened and what the NTSB or their counterparts in other countries found. Some cases where pilots flew airplanes into the ground. Others where technology failed or was inexistent causing accidents.
