Title: MASS SQTR Report Question
Post by: Holding Pattern on February 05, 2016, 11:58:44 PM
I just ran the "What do I need?" report on our SMs, specifically to see who had completed their IS100. There are several members who are listed as "(IS100 - ACTIVE)"
But on the next line it says:

"Complete Department of Homeland Security IS-100 Course INCOMPLETE"

The members in question show IS100 on their 101 card.

Is there any way to reconcile the report to show the active people as complete, or should I just not worry about it?

If it shows "Active" on their 101 card and SQTRs, I would not worry about it.  You may want to document what you are seeing and submit a help desk issue.

As part of Wing ES Staff, when I go to validate peoples ES quals, I look to see that the FEMA Courses are green and that the Certificate is uploaded into OpsQuals.

After seeing the OP question, I ran the report on my unit.

Results were red for those that have not completed the IS-100 class nor does it appear on their 101, and green for those that have completed and appear on their 101. With the appropriate entries stating "have completed" and "have not."

I suggest you follow Rogue's advice, submit an entry to the Help Desk, and make sure all of them have uploaded a copy of their IS-100 certificate.
