Since joining my local wing reimbursements for items purchased from CAP have been in the form of checks from a Payment Processing Center paid through Northern Trust. While the checks haven't bounced I am concerned that they should be coming out of Bank of America, which is the Wing Banker default. Its bad enough that repayments take up to 60 days, When I was in Florida Wing, it took a week for turnaround. Something fishy here.
The Payment Processing Center thing isn't a big deal. I've seen that with other organizations. They send the transactions to the center, and they batch process them, along with groups of transactions from other places.
As for the processing time, ask your wing finance person.
