If someone wanted to make a respectful suggestion to the National Uniform Committee, how would you go about doing that?
Start by using the search function here for your suggestion. If it's something that's been beaten to death, you should have no problem finding a thread on it.
Next, look in 39-1 for the approved steps.
CAPM 39-1, Para 13.2, Pg 116..... Uniform Change Submission Policy.
