Sometimes in the evenings (like now) I note that eServices gives me an error stating that the system is not available. Is there a reason for this? Is there a schedule for this?
As far as I know E-Services is 24/7.. However I have also experienced some times of intermittent service. Maybe due to site maintenance??
It seems like about 30 minutes a night it's slow or off-line. Long maintenance periods are usually notified of in advance.
That is likely the backups running. the servers are probably backed up at some point and that makes certain files or services briefly unavailable while the backup is running.
