So up in Alaska wing, we are trying to start a NCSA called ESSE (Emergency Services Snow Extravaganza)... What is the process to creating a NCSA? We have had the camp three times now and have had mainly out-of-state cadets participate. ESSE is like NESA and Hawk had a baby in Alaska(Being a graduate from both I know). Please help!!!
Contact Mr. Steven Trupp at NHQ. He's the one that sent out the approved list of NCSAs for 2015, I suspect if he's not the approving authority, he knows who is.
