Just a really dumb suggestion...
Has anyone thought of awarding a CAP dec to folks who are meet the eligibility criteria for the CGM. The CGM itself is technically awarded to the organization, not individual members.
I'm not one to advocate new ribbons, but this one would be pretty restricted as to who had earned it...put it in the order of precedence just below the BMV above the distinguished.
A fair number of those "receiving" this aren't even members any more, how would you award them a decoration.
Of course there's always the option for NHQ to >buy< them one of the facsimile medals.
