Well, it appears that there is a Commander Training Track that Commanders are supposed to be enrolled in. Does anyone know where or if there is a Commander Training Track guide like all the other Tracks?? With exception of Legal and Medical Tracks of course.. I do appreciate it as I have undoubtedly overlooked it somewhere. Thank you.

You can only be enrolled by Wing HQ...that's why it doesn't show up in your tracks to assign.
Call your DP to get fixed up. They also assign you a mentor to work with.
