Not under the o-flight program.

Get an aircrew rating and fly whenever you want.

Since you are 18, you can officially start training as a Mission Scanner or Mission Observer. Get with your squadron Emergency Services officer or Operations officer and tell them you would like to train. Simple as that.

NESA is the quickest: http://nesa.cap.gov/mas-curriculum-2/ (http://nesa.cap.gov/mas-curriculum-2/)

Otherwise discuss with your Commander or Emergency Services Officer.

Being over age for O-Rides is unfortunate but you would be qualified to be a student pilot. If you or the squadron have the funding, a CFI willing to instruct and an airplane,  that could be a way to get in the air.

If you have any rated pilots within your unit, ask them if they will take you up for an hour.

It would be member funded, so you will need to split the cost of the flight.

While not ideal (i.e. free) it would give you a chance to experience what it is like to fly in a general aviation aircraft.
