There are. If you read CAPR 10-2, it outlines what documents need to be retained and how long.

Step One, and Step Two of the SDA Guide provide the guidance needed to answer your Q.

Look in the 0-2 Index for pubs with the OPR of COX or DA, and look through them for report requirements.

This is about submitting reports, not document retention.

suspenses aren't just about filing reports that nobody cares about and never reads.

a suspense is any task that has a regulatory deadline.

with regards to admin, there are a few things that have to be reviewed every so often
also there are deadlines on responding to administrative actions
