I am down to these few questions for the Senior Rating on the test and I cannot find answers anywhere!!I have searched regs for the past few weeks, spending hours a day doing this! and I have searched knowledge base but cannot find the answers!! I'm really hoping you guys will help me out!
44. What are the minimum annual membership dues for business members? It gives 173-4 but that is all fundraising. I checked? CAPR 39-2 as well and could not find anything on business member dues!
45. Are business membership dues paid to the local squadron in the business member's community? Again it's the same issues as for number 44!
54. Data changes to the monthly membership listing are made by submitting a correctly annotated listing directly to NHQ as soon as an error is identified. What is the one exception to this rule? It lists 39-2 but again I can find nothing on the CAP grades as the answer key suggests. I can find all the information on changing the address but that is all.
83. What may be worn by members who do not meet the grooming and fitness standards for wear of a military-style uniform? I know it has to be listed in 39-1 but I can't seem to find it anywhere!! I know for weight, as a SM, I can wear the white aviator. But that has been the only thing I have read!
97. True or False. Under certain circumstances CAP members are authorized limited treatment at USAF hospitals. It lists 160-1, which doesn't exist so I checked 160-2. I cannot find anything about this topic in any of the regs!
I am begging for help here! :)
44. I don't think that category exists any more. This was essentially a business donating money and being an honorary "member".
45. See above.
54. This refers to the MML, which is no longer published. All member information is now submitted to NHQ via either the respective form,
a PA or email sent from a proper authority, or the member themselves in eServices (phones numbers, etc.).
83. It's all in 39-1 (& ICLs). Golf shirt combo, dark blue flight suit, blue field uniform, senior-member semi-formal. Look under corporate combinations.
97. True. See AFI 10-2701. These situations would generally be when a member is injured on a military installation during a CAP activity, say, for example, an encampment. It is not limited to USAF hospitals. The other services provide reciprocal coverage under the same conditions.

Thank you so much!! As for the business membership 39-2 still lists it as an option but I had no idea where to find the dues! I found it for the others but not that one. I was coming to the conclusion that it didn't exist except on paper! I really appreciate the information! I will go look that stuff up!

CAPM 39-1, Chapter 4
4-1. General. Cadet members are authorized to wear the CAP utility uniform, field uniform, and blazer
combinations as desired. All senior members, including those who do not meet the standards of wear for an
Air Force style uniform for reasons of grooming or weight standards, may wear any of the CAP distinctive
uniform combinations described in this chapter.
You might want to ping NHQ on that business membership, that looks like an idea that came an went.

I think the original poster was asking for answers based on current regulations rather than those included at the end of the (outdated) pamphlet. This makes the senior level specialty track test have value by providing (researched) answers that apply now to the questions posed.
