I'll begin by saying that I am not trying to be insulting or snarky, and that this is the same answer that I would give to one of my own cadets.
That said...
There is at least one resource in your CAP binder that contains this answer. Have you looked through that material and asked your immediate superior (most likely to be your element leader or flight sergeant) in the chain of command?

Honestly, many of the questions cadets ask here are more properly to be asked of you chain of command.
Now, if you asked them and they are clueless, asking a question here AND saying your CoC couldn't help/didn't know the answer, is a different story altogether.
This question seems more like "I didn't read the chapter." Seeing as the drill maneuvers are listed in each chapter...
