I have been selected for promotion to Senior Master Sergeant and will pin on 1 May 07. I credit CAP for helping me make the top 3% of the enlisted force, Leadership lessons I learned as a cadet, I still use today.

I'll second that! Congrats, sir!

My father tried for SMSGT three times before retiring...very tough competition.
