Were any CAP assets involved in this?  Sad day for the SAR community.

No CAP assets were involved, but we all think it's tragic.

Interesting that this got absolutely no responses until now.  I thought for sure it would have generated some sort of discussion.

Why would this, by itself, generate any sort of discussion? No CAP personnel hurt, no CAP assetts damaged...

I suspect it would be different in a website that would be read by pilots mostly, or LE mostly if not all...

Flyer: by now, you should know that simply posting on CT can generate from one to infinity in pages of items that have absolutely no connection to what the original post had to say, especially if there is the possibility of making it a uniform discussion.
