Title: Do you have to go on an outside activity to be able to fill in qualifications?

All I need is to use a signal mirror and I will be GTM3 qualified, can I get an evaluator to show me it at a meeting or does it have to be an outside activity so I could then fill it in in my SQTR?

Yes, a qualified SET can sign you off anywhere you happen to be.

I think you got that backwards. You should be showing the evaluator, not the other way around.
