Title: CAP in AOPA Pilot
Post by: FlyTiger77 on March 22, 2013, 11:39:17 AM
The current issue of AOPA PILOT (April 2013) arrived yesterday. On page 44 in the article "41 Ways to Save," the author touts joining Civil Air Patrol stating: "Sharpen your flying skills, fly some great airplanes, have a positive influence on young cadets, work with some dedicated volunteers--and maybe even save a life."

Pretty cool.

Obviously written by someone who hasn't had to jump through all of the hoops needed to become a Mission Pilot these days. ::)
