GIIEP - Geospatial Information Interoperability Exploitation Portable Operator. Anyone know anything about this? I just noticed it on the 101 card key. I tried to pull up the SQTR for it but it's not there. Was it mentioned in an issue of Volunteer that I may have overlooked?
