Not all of the chapters are tested in Journey of Flight. Will the chapters that aren't covered be on the Spaatz aerospace exam? Or will the the test only include the chapters that are tested?

Anything in the book can be on the test.
I am pretty sure it is only those chapters covered in Phase III and Phase IV.

Some chapters in Aerospace: The Journey of Flight (11-17, 20, 22) are not included in the course of study for cadets. Phase III and IV aerospace tests are open-book.
