Can someone tell me what the International Air Cadet Exchange program is? and what they do?

Go to the Natl HQ website and click on cadet programs then follow the links to NCSA menu. After reading that if you still have questions let us know. Or you can google it.

The minimum requirements are: 17 years old and an Earhardt Award. NO WAIVERS!!

When did we get an award for journalism? Is that for the PAO track? ;)

Might've meant Earnhardt for the NASCAR PAO Specialty track.
