I would certainly have to say that the F-4 is definitely one of my favorite Vietnam era aircraft. That, or the Thunderchief.

Having just built a B-25 model, I think an F-4's gonna be my next one.  :D

I still have a couple from getting bit by the BUFF's I used to work on.

Although I was Army, I worked with the RF-4Cs in Viet Nam.  We had two Sqs of them at TSN., brand new airplanes when they arrived there.  Lived right under the downwind leg and could always tell when they dropped their flaps and slats; wierd noise.
