So Yesterday at a Blues meeting one of my ribbons fell off and I lost it. I know about thin ribbons, but is there another way?

If you are wearing the aluminum ribbon holders you can flatten the end by putting pressure on it. If wearing the brass holders, slip a thin piece of cardboard under the ribbon.
You can also bend the edges of the ribbon in a little.
I've actually thought of that but I would actually like to re-use my ribbons.

I've always done this, and have never had a problem when changing to new racks.
And if it slips off, it was probably a bit too obtuse anyway.
