I found a member search on eServices. I'm looking for a member who was at encampment with me. his name was Cobien. he was really the only good friend I had there. Is there any way to find him on a search.
Only if they have the right level of permissions.
Try wmu.nat.cap.gov and create an account in the WMU. Once there you can do a National level search of names for contact information.

Search for partial name, you may be presented with a list that at least shows a charter number. You can figure more out from there..

It helps if you spell the name correctly - Cobian.
Search for
cobi in the member search, and you can get his name, grade, CAPID, and unit charter number.
